LULULEMON SUPPORTS HOPEWELL
Thank you to the Lululemon Rideau Store for supporting Hopewell throughout the month of February! Lululemon created a window display with the theme "Choose a Positive Thought!" The display encouraged individuals to think positively about their bodies. In addition, Hopewell's website was displayed across the bottom of one of the windows in large letters. With nearly 400,000 individuals visiting the mall weekly, the display certainly helped us to spread the word about Hopewell!
"Teen Truth: An Inside Look at Body Image" has been selected for screening at the Sacramento Film Festival in California.
Congratulations to director Erahm Christopher and producer JC Pohl. Hopewell is very proud of this achievement!

Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2010
Held annually the first week in February, Eating Disorder Awareness Week (EDAW) is Canada's largest eating disorders outreach effort. During EDAW health care providers, educators, social workers, family members, students, and eating disorder professionals work to teach people of all ages about the importance of promoting positive body image as well as raise awareness about the dangers of eating disorders and the need for early intervention and treatment.

OVER $6K RAISED AT 2010 VALENTINE’S GALA
Love is expressed in many ways – love of dance, love of silent auctions, love of wonderful wines and fabulous foods, love of others, love of self – and on February 13, 2010, the Hopewell “LOVE YOUR LIFE” Valentine’s Gala had them all. All that, and over $6,000 for Hopewell.
