The Inner Art of Meditation

Have you ever wondered how challenges in your life would be different if you could just find “the answer?”

Have you ever wished you had a magic wand and just one wish?

Integrating the art of meditation and visualization into your life can help. Many of us lead very hectic lives. We have many responsibilities and a very outward-oriented lifestyle. For this reason, we have a great need to balance this outward focus with some time to go within ourselves.

Each one of us has a deep sense of truth within us that is meant to be our guiding force. But when we spend so much time looking outside of ourselves for answers, we actually lose contact with that spirit. We need to take time to cultivate that contact with our inner guidance.

The purpose of meditation is to bring us back to ourselves. It is a way of cutting through those layers of past emotion and slowly allowing the false layers of ourselves to dissolve as we return to the source of who we are.
When we meditate, we allow the swirl of ideas and thoughts to slow down to the point where we find a calm and positive connection with ourselves.

For several years now, Jen Charbonneau has been guiding individuals to a place where they are able to reconnect with that inner creative source. Personally trained by Mind Body & Soul Inc., in Chicago, Il, she is delighted to share her newly released meditation CD “Breathing in the Light of the Moon”.

"Breathing in the Light of the Moon" pays special tribute to the feminine power of the moon's energy and is for ALL women who want to reconnect to that place inside where body love and acceptance are hiding so they can get on with a more empowering life.

Many years ago, Jen learned about the feminine power of the moon’s energy. She says, “In some ways, I learned to embrace the feminine aspects of myself and to use this energy to fuel my dreams. More importantly, the energy of the feminine light helped me to honour, love and accept all aspects of myself, especially my body.”

Impossible media standards imply that women must mould and shape their body into acceptable form and only then, will they be beautiful.

Nothing is further from the truth.

Jen suggests that, “each of us was born brilliant and beautiful and by embracing that which is feminine, we will feel, believe and see our natural radiant essence. When we are doing what we love and what we were meant to do, nothing could be more beautiful.”

By allowing the light of the moon to flow into and through your body, you will reconnect to that part of yourself too.
