Connections and building community are essential to those in recovery. Having a sense of community helps combat isolation while creating a supportive environment.

In order to promote community building, we are proud to introduce our social event nights to bring together those in recovery for fun, skill-building, and self-care.

Open to support group members, mentors & mentees, volunteers, and anyone in Ottawa who is in recovery or has recovered from an eating disorder. You can even bring a friend!

2SLGBTQ+ Social Nights

Next social night: 2024

Connecting with local 2SLGTBQ+ organizations within the National Capital Region, we will be hosting social nights for those in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Social Nights are an excellent way for those in recovery who are also members of the queer community to connect in a fun social way.

"We long to belong, and belonging and caring anchors our sense of place in the universe."
